3. Construction and operation of pollution prevention facilities:
 
1. Atmospheric pollutant emission compliance
Huaxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has 3 production branches and raw material yards, specifically divided into: iron making branch (sintering workshop, blast furnace workshop), steel making branch, gas company, raw material yard. The pollutants produced by each branch are mainly smoke, dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, noise, production wastewater and domestic sewage. According to the environmental management regulations, our company treats the pollutants produced by each branch separately, so as not to meet the standards and do not discharge. Specific governance measures are as follows:
Material yard: build a fully enclosed and sealed raw material yard, and install a fixed water spray facility for various raw material piles. The material yard adopts closed treatment in the process of transferring raw materials, and seals the belt corridor to reduce the production of raw materials during loading and unloading The dust is discharged in an unorganized way, and the road is controlled by spraying water to increase the humidity.
Iron plant sintering workshop: The dust generated in the sintering machine batching and crushing process is purified by bag dust removal, and after purification, it is discharged through the chimney. The head of the sintering machine adopts four-field electrostatic dust removal + semi-dry circulating fluidized bed desulfurization + COA coordinated denitrification (dedioxin, heavy metal) device, and the smoke and dust generated by the tail system and the crushing of the finished product use a bag dust collector. Chimney emissions. At the same time, the bagging type dust collector is used for the feeding system of quick lime and lightly burned magnesium powder that are prone to dust, and the dust is collected to enter the sintering batching system for reuse.
Iron plant blast furnace workshop: Each dust-producing point of the blast furnace feeding system uses a closed exhaust hood to collect the dust, and it is purified by a bag-type dust collector. After treatment, it is discharged through the chimney. The blast furnace ore/coking tank upper and lower tank vibrating screens, weighing hoppers, belt conveyors and other receiving points are equipped with a closed exhaust device. The extracted dusty exhaust gas is discharged by the chimney after being purified by the bag filter. When the iron is discharged from the blast furnace, the dust emitted from the iron outlet, iron ditch, slag ditch, swinging flume, etc., adopts the totally enclosed trapping method, and is discharged by the chimney after being purified by the bag filter.
The gas produced by the blast furnace is purified by gravity + bag dust removal system, and the dust concentration after the gas purification is 10mg/m3. In addition to the blast furnace gas for the blast furnace's own use, the rest enters the whole plant gas pipeline network for other users to use. The hot blast stove uses blast furnace gas, and the flue gas containing a small amount of SO2 and NOx after combustion is discharged by the chimney.
Steelmaking plant: the dust produced by the mixing of molten iron in the molten iron furnace is purified by the bag dust collector and discharged through the chimney; the flue gas generated by the hot metal pretreatment is purified by the bag dust collector and discharged through the chimney.
The primary flue gas of converter smelting adopts OG dust removal and purification. The flue gas content of the purified flue gas is ≤10mg/m3, and the flue gas with CO content ≥20% enters the gas cabinet for users to use. When the flue gas CO content<20 % Is discharged into the chimney through a three-way valve to ignite and burn. The secondary flue gas of the converter is discharged through the chimney after being purified by the bag filter.
The dust produced by the converter auxiliary raw material feeding system, underground silo, etc. is collected by the gas collecting hood and then sent to the bag type dust collector for purification, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the chimney after purification.
2. Water pollutant discharge compliance
The drainage system of our company adopts the rain and sewage diversion and decontamination and diversion drainage system, and implements the principles of serial water supply, new replenishment, net replenishment, and recycled water use.
Wastewater pollution production link: The company built a new set of reclaimed water reuse facilities with a daily treatment capacity of 18,000 tons; newly built waste water facility structures of 14,210 square meters and auxiliary buildings of 1,030 square meters. The facility mainly treats various types of production wastewater generated in production, mainly composed of two parts: pretreatment device and advanced treatment device. The pretreatment device uses high-efficiency precipitation, air floatation, and ozone harmless treatment as the main treatment process. After pretreatment The 500t/h effluent enters the circulating water make-up system of the plant for reuse; the pretreated 250t/h effluent enters the advanced treatment device, adopts the treatment process of precision filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, and is reused according to the production water quality requirements In the corresponding link of production, part of the concentrated water of the advanced treatment plant is used as the slag flushing and slag water of the steel plant, and part of the concentrated water as wastewater is connected to Jiangyin Huaxi Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd. for centralized treatment. The implementation of this project can reduce the consumption of fresh water and discharge of water from enterprises, and increase the reuse rate of water.  
3. Noise at the factory boundary
The noise sources of Jiangyin Huaxi Iron and Steel mainly include: sintering cooler, crusher, vibrating screen, blast furnace system, blast furnace blower unit, TRT residual pressure generator unit, hot metal stirring desulfurization station, ferroalloy feeding system, air separation equipment, air compressor and various dust removal Noise generated by fans, pumps and other equipment. Noise control is as follows:
Material yard: The transfer station machinery is set in the building and equipped with vibration reduction measures, and the dust removal fan is equipped with a silencer.
Ironmaking plant sintering workshop: vibration reduction measures are taken for mechanical equipment such as crushing, screening, water pumps; the main exhaust fan is placed indoors, and sound insulation materials are laid on the fan casing; the main exhaust fan, cooling fan, ignition auxiliary combustion fan and some dust removal fans Install mufflers at the exit.
Iron plant blast furnace workshop: Fans of various large-scale dust removal systems are arranged outdoors, mufflers are provided at the outlet of the fan, and sound insulation is wrapped outside the fan casing; vibration damping measures are taken when the fan is arranged on the platform of the transfer station.
Silencers are provided for the suction, exhaust and discharge of the blast furnace blower, and a dedicated blower room is also provided; silencers are provided for the blast furnace cold air vent valve, hot air furnace combustion fan, blast furnace top pressure equalization and pressure relief valve group; gas residual pressure power generation turbine The compressor is equipped with a sound insulation hood; the pulverized coal preparation system ball mill is placed in the building, and various types of pumps are set in special pump rooms.
Steelmaking plant: The noise generated by converter smelting, due to the use of a closed cover, not only strengthens the secondary smoke collection, but also plays the role of sound insulation and noise reduction.
The dust-proof fan casing is wrapped with sound insulation materials, a muffler is provided, the foundation is equipped with vibration reduction, and the inlet and outlet of the fan are softly connected to the pipeline.
Converter vaporization and cooling device steam drum, heat accumulator and deaerator exhaust steam emission are all equipped with muffler; converter, gas pressurizer and various pumps are installed in the building, using the building for sound insulation.
The noise generated by flame cleaning machine and billet cutting adopts building sound insulation.
Public and auxiliary facilities: all kinds of compressors in oxygen station and air compressor station are installed in the building, and mufflers are installed in each gas discharge port.
 
Fourth, the environmental impact assessment of construction projects and other environmental protection administrative licenses:
According to the Suhuan Committee Office [2015] No. 26 "Notice on the Comprehensive Clean-up and Remediation of Environmental Protection and Illegal Construction Projects" and the Chenghuan Committee [2015] No. 23 "About the Issuance of <Jiangyin City Comprehensive Clean-up and Remediation of Environmental Protection and Illegal Construction Projects Work Program "Notice", after being collectively reviewed by the Jiangyin City Environmental Protection Inspection Leading Group, agreed that Jiangyin Huaxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 1 million tons of billet will be included in the "registered batch" and included in daily environmental supervision.
