The entire project is composed of two parts, a pretreatment device and an in-depth treatment device. The main equipment is all branded in the US and Germany. The quality of the treated reclaimed water is far better than the national standard.
Among them, the pretreatment process uses high-efficiency sedimentation, air floatation, ozone, V-shaped filter, activated carbon, laminated filter and other harmless treatment processes. The pre-treated water enters the circulating water replenishment system of the plant and is directly used in production. Its water quality standard meets and exceeds the current Taihu Lake drainage standard (COD20mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 3mg/L, total nitrogen 15mg/L, total phosphorus 0.5mg/L); some of the pre-treated water can continue to be further processed according to production needs. The process uses security filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, etc. and the EDI process, and then the water quality reaches the quality drinking water standard. The concentrated water produced in the advanced treatment process is processed by calcium reduction and other processes, and is used for slag flushing and stuffiness in steel mills.
In-depth treatment of sintering flue gas, West China Steel adopts dry ultra-clean emission process, and the process equipment has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the world's first ultra-clean equipment that can achieve sintering flue gas multi-pollutant dry co-processing, with a desulfurization efficiency of more than 95% In addition, other pollutants can be efficiently removed to achieve near zero discharge, and zero wastewater discharge in the process. The process adopts a special bag for desulfurization and ultra-clean emissions produced by German Bidafu companies to efficiently capture PM2.5/PM10 sub-micron dust, which can achieve near zero emissions of this level of dust.
In January 2019, Huasteel's sintering flue gas ultra-low emission project was put into operation, and the actual monitoring average emission data: sulfur dioxide <2mg/m3, particulate matter <2mg/m3, nitrogen oxides <25mg/m3, far better than ultra-low requirements (Sulfur dioxide <20mg/m3, particulate matter <5mg/m3, nitrogen oxides <35mg/m3).
