The company is committed to reducing pollutant emissions, strengthening the treatment of pollutants such as waste water, waste gas, solid waste and noise from the system level and the implementation level, and reducing the damage and impact on the ecological environment. Wastewater treatment

The wastewater discharged from the plant mainly includes production wastewater. Production wastewater includes effluent from circulating water systems of sintering plants, ironworks, sewage plants, oxygen plants, steel mills, high-line plants, thermal power plants, etc. The main harmful components are chloride ions, oil, total phosphorus, suspended solids, etc. .

The domestic sewage shall be equipped with domestic sewage pipes, which will be introduced into the total sewage treatment system for combined treatment.

This project is completed at one time, with a designed maximum treatment capacity of 800t/h, of which 500t/h sewage is treated as supplementary water after purification treatment, 300t/h water is made into pure water after first-level reverse osmosis desalination, and part of it is sent to the high line The plant and steel plant are used for soft water (high-speed plant 6-8t/h, steel plant 21t/h); 50t/h after secondary reverse osmosis and EDI treatment, it is sent to the power plant, and the rest is sent to reclaimed water for reuse Pipeline.

 

Various types of sewage from the steel plant enter the adjustment tank through pipelines, and a submersible mixer is installed in the adjustment tank to evenly mix the sewage, and then enter the high-efficiency sedimentation tank through the lift pump. After flocculation, the turbidity of the sewage is reduced, and the effluent of the sedimentation tank is removed through the air floatation device. Light suspended matter, oily substances and some organic matter, the water from the air floatation device enters the ozone tower. In the tower, ozone is dissolved in the water, which can effectively kill bacteria and viruses in the water. An ozone destruction device is set in the tail gas of the ozone tower. Harmless efflux. After the effluent from the ozone tower flows into the V-shaped filter, the suspended matter is further reduced. Finally, after being filtered and adsorbed through the lamination filter and the activated carbon filter, the effluent can meet the requirements of reclaimed water and ultrafiltration. 500t/h of pre-treated water enters the circulating water make-up system of the steel plant, 300t/h of water is made into pure water after precision filtration, ultrafiltration and first-level reverse osmosis treatment (of which 50t/h first-level reverse osmosis water passes through After secondary reverse osmosis and EDI treatment, it is used as supplementary water for power plant, 29t/h is sent to steel plant and high-speed line, and the remaining pure water is merged into the circulating water system.) The concentrated water is used as the slag flushing and slag water of the steel plant.

The company's drainage adopts the drainage system of rain and sewage diversion, and sewage diversion, and implements the principles of serial water supply, new replenishment, net replenishment, and recycled water use.

Huaxi Iron and Steel production wastewater adopts the principle of combining turbidity and shunting, cascade use and recycling. The wastewater discharged from some processes is collected and treated again, and the treated water is basically returned to the production process for recycling.

The production wastewater treatment measures of each production unit are described as follows:

Stockyard: The rainwater and flushing water in the stockyard will be recycled after precipitation treatment.

Iron plant sintering workshop: The production water is mainly the indirect cooling water of the process equipment, which is recycled after cooling by the cooling tower.
