The company has three most sophisticated and longest automatic production lines with the highest technical content. 1. Various hot-rolling broad and flat steel (narrow median plate) with an annual output of 0.4 million tons, a thickness of 8~30㎜ and a breadth of 200~420㎜; 2. Various hot-rolling broad and flat steel (narrow median plate) with an annual output of 0.5 million tons, a thickness of 6~30㎜ and a breadth of 350~600㎜; 3. Various hot-rolling median broad band with an annual output of 0.5 million tons, a thickness of 2.5~7㎜ and a breadth of 300~520㎜. Hot-rolling broad steel has many advantages, such as good profile and flatness, square side faces, high utilization rate of materials and non-cutting (It can be rolled according to customers’ thickness, breadth and length.). Its quality technical standard refers to HX/QB001-2004 standard for organizing production (Q345B/Q235B refers to GB/T1591-94 and GB/T700-88 standards respectively.), and it is the ideal product to replace median plate and hot roll. |
